Baltimore - More friendly to the car-free?

Here's an encouraging article from the Sun - more people are able to go without or sell their cars thanks to a combo of the Charm City Circulator, Zipcar, their bikes, and other public transit. Great for the earth! Now all we need is a nice heavy-rail system that has more than one line. And connects to the light rail. Such as this one, set to roll out in forty years (see page 8).
